To bring about peace and unity in these troubled times, we invite you to join us in a great prayer initiative on the Feast of the Annunciation!
Let us all respond together to the Virgin Mary’s call to form a Great Rosary over each of our countries… to obtain the protection of our Heavenly Mother!
How will we do this?
In the “Great Rosary on France,” given to Veronica by the Virgin Mary, each bead is placed on a Marian shrine. So that is where we will go on March 25, wherever we live: to a Marian shrine or place dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary, close to home! For the Virgin Mary is present in a very special way in her shrines, and she loves to be honored and prayed to there. And there, more than anywhere else, she grants many graces. Let us not forget that Christ can refuse His Mother nothing…
Specifically, on Wednesday, March 25:
→ We are all invited to go to a Marian shrine near our homes to pray at the feet of our heavenly Mother. We will ask her to intercede with her divine Son for the protection of our country. We will offer her the powerful prayer of the Rosary. And we will honor Jesus through the Eucharist, adoration, or fervent prayer before the Tabernacle.
Those who cannot go there may go to a church or chapel dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary. Those who are unable to travel will pray from their homes, connecting in spirit to a shrine in their country.
All over the world!
In the 61 countries where the Perpetual Rosary for the World is prayed, the call is going out for everyone, on March 25, in America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia… to go and implore the Virgin Mary in one of her shrines!
So that wars may be stopped as soon as possible, so that all our countries may be placed under the mantle of Mary!
We will be connected to one another, like the beads of a Rosary, by the invisible but extremely real and powerful cord of prayer, and we will form one immense Rosary around the world.
The shield of children’s prayers
We all know the power of children’s prayers, as in Pontmain where a few children obtained the end of the war through their prayers. So, on March 25, let us bring our children to the Blessed Virgin, confident that the purity of their prayers will reach Heaven. Let us also remember to invite children from catechism classes, youth clubs, scouts, and Catholic schools, and to spread this information widely.
