At the moment, everyone can see that the world is experiencing more and more unrest and violence. The Church itself is under ferocious attack from without and within. It seems urgent to act! Our Lady of Akita, precisely 50 years ago, gave us the means to be preserved from these calamities which she had clearly announced…

A highly symbolic anniversary

The year 2023 marks the 50th anniversary of the apparitions to Our Lady of Akita, where the Virgin Mary delivered a powerful message to the world. It was in Akita, Japan, on June 12, 1973, that Sister Agnes Sasagawa, a member of the Handmaids of the Eucharist, began receiving celestial visions in her convent. First, she saw angels adoring the Eucharist. Then, on July 6, 1973, a wooden statue of the Virgin Mary began to speak to her, conveying a powerful message, similar to that of Fatima, with far-reaching consequences for our time…

Tears of blood

The statue began to weep and shed tears of blood, seen by around 2,000 witnesses. A professor from Akita University’s biochemistry department studied the liquid, along with a non-Christian forensic pathologist, Dr. Kaoru Sagisaka. It was confirmed that the blood was of human origin, as were the tears.
The statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary wept 101 times. Her Apparitions and Lacrimations were officially recognized by Bishop Jean Itô of Niigata, who witnessed 4 of them, and approved by Pope Benedict XVI as “reliable and trustworthy”.

Three messages to guide us in this time of darkness

Who can weep tears of blood? A Mother pierced by the terrible pain of seeing her children lose themselves and suffer… The Virgin Mary no longer knows how to warn Humanity, which is running to its doom; so she weeps…

Yet at Akita, she gave three very clear messages for the Church and the world:

In the first two, the weeping Virgin Mary urged us to pray unceasingly, especially the Rosary! She also encouraged us to do penance and offer courageous sacrifices to prevent the calamities caused by so many sins and iniquities.

The third message was given on October 13th…

The fire from heaven announced on October 13, 1973

October 13, 1973 is precisely the anniversary of the Great Miracle of Fatima, which took place on October 13, 1917. At Fatima, the sun turned in the sky and rushed towards the earth, as if to set it ablaze and destroy it. In Akita that day, the Virgin Mary announced to Sister Agnes the risk of a terrible fire from heaven:

« As I told you, if men do not repent and better themselves, the Father will inflict a terrible chastisement on all humanity. It will be a punishment greater than the deluge, the like of which has never been seen before. Fire will fall from the sky and will wipe out a great part of humanity, the good as well as the bad, sparing neither priests nor faithful. The survivors will find themselves so desolate that they will envy the dead. The only weapons you’ll have left will be the Rosary and the Sign left by My Son. Each day recite the prayers of the Rosary. »

Pope Benedict XVI himself confirmed that this message from Akita corresponded precisely to the third secret of Fatima!

The Church cruelly attacked from within

Our Lady of Akita then warned Sister Agnes:

« With the Rosary, pray for the Pope, Bishops and Priests. The work of the devil will infiltrate even into the church in such a way that one will see cardinals opposing cardinals, bishops against bishops. The priests who venerate me will be scorned and opposed by their confreres … churches and altars sacked; the Church will be full of those who accept compromises and the demon will press many priests and consecrated souls to leave the service of the Lord. … The devil will rage in particular against souls consecrated to God. The thought of the loss of so many souls is the cause of my sadness. If sins increase in number and gravity, there will be no question of forgiving them. Speak courageously to your superior, he will know how to encourage each one of you to pray and perform works of reparation. »

Who will protect us?

One question must be asked: since October 13, 1973, has humanity become more prayerful, made courageous personal sacrifices, committed fewer sins? You be the judge…

In any case, Pope Francis himself asserted, in early October 2023, that the risk of nuclear escalation has increased « to the point of raising fears of uncontrollable and catastrophic consequences on a global level. »

The Blessed Virgin Mary chose to appear in Japan. Perhaps it’s because this country has already experienced fire from heaven… the atomic bombs on Hiroshima… and on Nagasaki, a city very close to Akita!

But rest assured, we have much more powerful than the atomic bomb:
we have the Rosary!!!
