Following our call for testimonials, we’re sharing three wonderful stories you’ve sent us that reveal the power of the Rosary.
Saved in extremis !
I was single and unemployed at a time when I was going through a deep crisis. I hardly ever went to church anymore. Then, little by little, I reconnected with God. The Rosary saved me from depression and suicidal thoughts.
Thanks to Jesus and Mary!
Through the Rosary, three things have happened to our family!
First, I was able to be free of an addiction that plagued me for about ten years. I tried all methods to stop, but it was only when I started praying the Rosary for this intention every day that I was able to stop this addiction that would ruin my life and the lives of my husband and children. Prior to this, I did not pray the Rosary.
Since then, I pray every day. This is also a miracle. About six months later, through the Rosary, my husband received the Sacrament of Confirmation!
Later, after prayers to return to our hometown after several years away in many different states, through the Rosary, we were given a miraculous opportunity to return to a place that is near our hometown. Thanks be to God, it is one of the most beautiful places in the world.
We now pray daily as a family.
Thank you, Jesus, Mary, and Joseph, for the Rosary!
The Ravine…
A few years ago, my sister, then aged 60, was involved in an accident.
She was driving quietly, alone on a small mountain road, praying her Rosary. As she rounded a bend, her car began to skid on gravel and tumbled into a precipice some fifty feet below, coming to a halt at the bottom.
My sister got out of the car quickly before it caught fire.
She then climbed over the precipice’s steep edge to reach the road. A person of her age could never have managed such a climb. When she reached the roadside, she suddenly realized she was holding her Rosary in her hand.
She was in a deserted area when, all of a sudden, a car pulled up beside her and the driver said to her:
« What on earth are you doing out here on your own and where’s your car? »
My sister then pointed to her car at the bottom of the ravine and said, pointing to her Rosary:
« I believe the Blessed Virgin saved me! »
