This Saturday, January 4, marks the start of the Great Jubilee of the Devotion of the 1st Saturday of the month, requested by the Blessed Virgin Mary in 1925 at Fatima. It’s the Centenary of this most important request, to which humanity has yet to respond. The stakes are enormous! As the Blessed Virgin Mary said at Fatima:
« On the practice of this Devotion depends peace or war for the world ».
So this Jubilee is perhaps an exceptional opportunity to keep Peace, despite all the imminent threats…
An army of the world’s faithful
To mobilize the faithful worldwide, international events will be launched. Every first Saturday of the month in 2025, a local pilgrimage will be organized to one of the world’s major Shrines to perform the four acts requested by Our Lady in reparation for the offences committed against her Immaculate Heart – confession, communion, Rosary and 15-minute meditation on the Rosary.
In 2025, the world’s faithful will be invited to join the Shrines in celebrating the 1st Saturdays where they live. On this day, the same mystery of the Rosary will be meditated on by all, to be in communion with the Church. Finally, every Shrine will be able to officially announce the permanent establishment of the 1st Saturdays of the month in their basilicas. [source: Salve Corda]
In the World’s great Shrines
The Jubilee will begin this Saturday, January 4, in France, the Church’s eldest daughter, at the chapel on rue du Bac in Paris!
Then it will continue:
- February 1: at the Maghdouché Shrine in Lebanon
- March 1: at the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Mexico
- April 5: [pending]
- May 3: at the Shrine of Mougera, Burundi.
The program for the following months is currently being put together, and will certainly include the Shrines of Akita in Japan, Czestokowa in Poland…
Heaven has given us, through the Devotion of the 1st Saturdays, THE means to stop wars, and this Jubilee is the opportunity or never to deploy it throughout the world!
